5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Sale items, discounted items, and custom pieces are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout:

    • UK Standard Shipping: £3.99 (5 working days)

    • UK First Class: £4.99 (2–3 working days)

    • UK Next Day Delivery (Weekdays Only): £9.50

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
